Important Policies

🔹 Property Readiness:

  • The property must be fully prepared for filming before the production start time.

  • All cleaning, staging, and lighting adjustments should be completed beforehand. Any delays caused by unprepared properties may result in additional charges for extended shooting time.

🔹 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: No cancellation fee.

  • 24-48 hours' notice: 50% of the production fee is due.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice or same-day cancellation: Full production fee is due.

  • Weather-related reschedules will be accommodated without penalty.

🔹 Payment Terms:

  • Payment must be made within the same month of the production date but no later than 4 weeks from the shoot date.

  • Accepted payment methods: Zelle (preferred), wire transfer, or check (last option).

  • Late payments beyond 4 weeks may be subject to a 5% late fee.
